November was a busy, but fun month! The beginning of the month brought the May family Parent-Teacher Conferences and a free flight with Denver Air Connection. The pictures above are from the flight. Little E sat with his uncle, because the warden was off hunting, and Big B was less than thrilled as you can tell. I laughed through the whole take off with him. Yes, I'm the type of mom who laughs at her child's expense. But he did have fun flying around the county and seeing the mountains, the plains, and town from the air. Miss Timber turned one in November and Little E turned four. I can't believe how quickly time has flown with the dog and both of my kids. Thanksgiving was spent with family, especially my grandma who broke her leg before 4th of July. She's doing better and better and even took a few steps without her walker the other day! Celebrate every small step. Now, we are preparing for Christmas while I work on a new manuscript and send Cased (Moto X Book Two) off to my editor. Weekend Reads!
This is something new I'm going to do every Friday. I will share a book or two that I have read in the week with you. The first book is Late Call by Emma Hart. I'm still reading it, but I have to say that I love it. Escort second chance, around the world romance. It is a little slow at times, but I'm finding it enjoyable.
