70 degree weather is in our future here for the week! But first, we have high winds and rain before we can get to what is supposed to be a beautiful Easter weekend!
I'm ready to spend more time outside. As long as pollen decides to leave me alone, I might start sitting on my back patio to write during the day. All of April I'll be working on my current WIP, The Librarian's Tormentor. Not sure I like the title yet, I've changed it three times so far so we'll see. My kids went back to school today and I'm relishing in the silence. That's all for me this week. Have a wonderful sunny Easter! x Brooke

Forbidden Mate: Goodreads Dangerous Mate: Goodreads Hunted Mate: Goodreads Runaway Mate: Goodreads Stolen Mate: Goodreads Untamed Mate: Goodreads All of these are also on Kindle Unlimited: here That's all for March. I know we still have a few days left but I think these are enough for you to find something. Happy Reading x Brooke Yesterday was my birthday and for our Sunday fun we ventured up into the mountains and played in the snow. My parents have tracks for their side-by-side and pulled the boys on a sled while my husband and I snowshoed. To which the husband wasn't sure if he likes it or now and likely sore today while I only have a couple bruises on my knee from getting it caught while sledding and my lower back were the sled kept hitting me.
What a way to celebrate my birthday! Now, with kids on spring break, I'm working away on one final new book before summer re-writes take hold of me. I have five to do this year! This week I'll be posting my monthly "What Brooke Read" on Friday. Until then, have a wonderful week. x Brooke It's a bleak day outside which matches my mood. Never have I missed drinking as much as I do at this moment.
I'm not going to dive into the negative right now, so I'll focus on creating something new. The southern part of the state got hit wickedly hard with snow while it's still melting up here. I kind of wish we just got a touch of it to help with moisture levels. That's about all I have today. I'm going to get lost in a new story as well as work on Scorching Hot Mess's release stuff for Thursday! Have a great week. x Brooke Today was the first day of 2021 I got to do my four mile walk. It felt incredible! I'm craving more outside time with fresh air and the warm sun hitting me.
The family and I are already planning out our adventures for the summer. Hikes in the mountains along with camping, another trip to Yellowstone and some hiking there, to Deadwood for the Wild Deadwood Reads signing, and so much more! Are you ready for summer? What's something you plan on doing? I'm back to work this week hopefully wrapping up the two books I've been working on as well as editing Scorching Hot Mess which will be releasing next week! That's all for me this week. Have a great one! x Brooke Well, we're approaching the year mark that things completely changed, especially here. We went into shutdown and I had to become the teacher's assistant to my children, because I was not the teacher. They still had those working hard to help them from a distance and I was there to lend my support.
And what a year it has been! This month, not only do I become a year older but I release book number 20! That's right! I'll have 20 out! Holy cow. I have so many more to come! Including two projects I can't say much about right now. I hope your month came in like a lamb as well and have a wonderful week. x Brooke |
