Happy last Monday of the month! Last week got all messed up so I'm doing this post today instead of a regular one. We have a busy week ahead of us with a wedding this weekend.

Now that I have the first book of 2023 done, the rest are showing promise to go a little quicker. By the end of this week, I'll have the second book done and will be taking the next week off to do a few others things including getting ready for my brother's wedding!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend. We went and saw the new Jurassic World. I enjoyed seeing some of the original cast come back for this one.

You might have noticed, but I've slowly been pulling some of my books to go wide for a while. For those of you who don't buy your ebooks from Amazon, you can now find them on Smashwords, Kobo, and Barnes and Noble. I'm slowly working on getting universal links together as well.
Don't worry, I'll still have them cycling through Kindle Unlimited if that's your preferred reading choice.

Yep, you read that right. The end is near! The end of school that is. Ha ha! My kids only have a couple of days left with the final day filled with an award assembly and then pizza with my little. I'm almost halfway done with the second draft of my first book for 2023. It's a long, standalone. I'm currently at 36k in words. The rough draft went to 74k so it'll be interesting to see if I get that close with the second draft as well.
We had county shoot this weekend. Both my kids shoot archery and did pretty good. Though they didn't win top marks, they still gave it their all and I'm extremely proud of them. I can't wait to see how far they'll go with it.
