I'm trying my best to take a step away from writing during the weekends and putting some focusing on learning how to bead. This is my third set of earrings and will be selling them at craft shows where I will be focused on my photography and now my nature themed and upcycled fishing lure jewelry. It's an attempt to relax and flex a different set of muscles for me so I can avoid burn out with writing. I'm trying to do a set every weekend. This one is a rainbow trout inspired one, next will be brook trout and cutthroat themes. I don't have much else to share. Have a great one! x Brooke

I took this picture years ago when I went on a scenic flight around my home and right now, I'm really hoping our landscape will look like this soon or we have a really wet spring. Some of you might have already had your fill of winter, but we've barely had it and desperately need it. I'm starting work on Right in Front of You Vol. 7. Writing hasn't been as fluid for me as it normally is, but I'm working hard to find my focus again. As always, I hope you have a wonderful week. x, Brooke I can say I can make beaded earrings now. I've had this idea in my head for a while now and with nothing going on this weekend, I sat down and took two whole days to make just these two! They are massive too and have some weight to them. I might need to rework designs so they aren't so massive or will take forever to make. I'm starting work on the final Morris Valley book. Eliza is going to be a force of nature, you can just determine if that's a good or bad thing. I don't have much else to share. Have a wonderful week! x Brooke Roper and Bralynn will be releasing into the world tomorrow!
I will not confirm nor deny that Roper is my favorite werewolf, but I loved writing this book. Putting Mr. Dark and Broody into a situation he clearly wasn't comfortable with was wonderful. The pressure helps him grow into more of a protector than he already was. We are on the downhill slide with this series, just two more to come. Currently, I have no plans for more werewolves after the final two books, but never say never. I don't have much else to share today. Have a great one! x Brooke Or, at least I'm trying to believe that. Writing has been kind of a struggle for the past six months. I have plenty of inspiration and some drive, but when it comes to sitting down and writing ... nothing. But I'm trying. I've been drawing, out taking pictures, and even diving into the world of making fishing and outdoorsy inspired jewelry. But I'm hoping this week is different. Have a wonderful one. x Brooke I'm on the downhill slide with my Powder River Pack! Book 5 comes out in 15 days! This time around, it's Roper's turn to reluctantly find his mate. I will fully admit that Roper is my favorite of the Powder River Pack. I was so excited to write his book and share his story. You might get answers to some questions you've had about who the dark and mysterious werewolf is.
If you are interested in an ARC click HERE I'm diving back into Clover's book this week and feel I'm about halfway done with it. I don't have much else to share this week. Have a great one! x Brooke And just like that, 2025 is nearly over. I'll be back later this week with my monthly and yearly reading wrap-up. For today, I'm sharing with you all my 2026 releases. I've teased them on my socials, but here come the covers as well as an ARC opportunity for the first one of the year! Here with go!! You can click the covers to go straight to their pre-order. ARC Opportunity for Feral Protector coming January 20th!
I honestly can't believe it's almost Christmas. Wyoming will either be white or brown or some slushie mix in between. As much as I'm hoping for a snowy one, I don't think we will have that in the lower elevations.
With my kids at home, I'm still trying to get work done. I restarted Clover's story and already much happier with what I've rewritten. Next week, I will be revealing all the titles that will be coming out next year. I don't have much else to share this week. Happy Holidays to you and yours! x Brooke I had contemplated shelving the last of my cupid books for a while, but then changed my mind. This coming Saturday, the final two will be released! I'm not saying the series will be done because you never know, but for now, it will come to a conclusion. I started with Aiko as a way to make a friend laugh as well as a palate cleanser. Like and sweet stories to break up some of the heavier things I deal with in my other books. Briella and Cupid will see to the end and I hope you enjoy them. They have always been meant to be short stories someone could read on a lazy afternoon.
Here are the buy links for both: Briella Cupid I'm going to be working away this week with Clover's story with determination to put more focus on writing since I'm struggling in that department right now. I hope you have a great week! x Brooke This past weekend was my one and only craft show for the season. I connected with quite a few and not only was I selling my books but my photography as well.
Even if I wasn't in the thick of the event like I was last year, I feel like there was adequate traffic coming into the room other vendors and myself were in. And I finally got to set up how I wanted! I wanted a space that invited people in rather than just a table for them to walk past. Now that it is out of the way, I'm refocusing on getting writing up and going again. It's been a couple of weeks since I put more than fifty words down. I don't have much else to share right now. As always, I hope you have a wonderful week! x Brooke |
