I'm going to be honest, I've never cared for spring break. I guess it's because growing up we never did anything. It was too cold to go to our family cabin and we've never been able to afford to go on trips. I always thought it would be better to get out of school sooner to enjoy more of summer where we could have fun.
Having my kids home for week two has gone far easier than the beginning of last. It helps the weather is supposed to be nice and we can go outside.
Yesterday, we went up the mountain and did some sledding for a few hours. It was a blast even if it was snowing on us. You want to talk about social distancing, you can't get better than going into the wilds of the mountains.
I'm back to working on Sing for me, Cowgirl this week and hoping to have it done while also getting electronics ready for going back to school next week.
If you hadn't seen, every single one of my books are on sale right now. Make sure you pick up whatever title you want.
As always, I will see you Friday and I hope and pray that y'all are staying healthy, happy, and sane.
