I'm getting this in a day early than I normally do since my kids will be home tomorrow. We've had a ton of snow here, what's it like where you live?
Kicking off February, I picked a book because I really liked its cover. The Midwinter Mail-Order Bride by Kati Wilde is that book. I mean look at it! I went on to read all the other books except for the next one which will be out in July.

I finished my first monster romance this month as well. It was ... interestingly different. Monsters From My Bed by M.J. Marstens. Unfortunately, the book isn't appearing on Amazon where it was on KU.

I'm still in my search for a mountain man book that I can fall in love with. Wild Scots series came up in my search but it wasn't much mountain man-ish for me. Not even close. But you might enjoy it.
