Next Tuesday, Sing for Me, Cowgirl will be released. In honor of that, each title of the My Cowboy series will be Free leading up. I don't have a sale on the 4th. I will have each freebie posted on my socials with each day.
I'm currently working on the second to last book in the series that will be coming out next year and wrapping it up this week. Happy Reading and have a wonderful week. x Brooke

I left my author hat behind for the weekend and put on my fisherwoman and photography ones instead.
While I fell in twenty minutes into the start of a relaxing fishing weekend, I only caught 4 fish all weekend and turned to exploring and taking pictures. I got a bunch of elk and moose, but these two were just the cutest! Momma didn't even mind I was watching them because they laid down for a nap. This week, I start working on the second to last My Cowboy book. Fun thing I didn't realize until I started to work on my 2027 books is that in some way, they are all linked together. Some are more obvious than others, but I thought it was fun. That's all I have for the week. Have a great one! x Brooke The picture above wasn't taken in January or any winter month but this past Saturday. I would say it's crazy, but it's something you get accustomed to when you are constantly in high elevations. While I did take some pretty pictures, or I thought I did, the snow was too heavy that none of my moose pictures turned out.
Our camper is now on the mountain nevertheless for the summer. This week, I'm wrapping up Right in Front of You Vol. 4 and have decided to redo the next three because yes, it's okay to do that. And then I'm working on the second to last My Cowboy book, She's My Cowgirl Catch. One of my nieces will be on the cover for that book. I can't wait to get her on the mountain to do our little photoshoot. And that's all I have for this week. Have a great one! x Brooke
I'm going to do my very best to do better this time around.
Once more, I'm opening up an ARC team. This time, I'm thinking about starting a FB group that will be private and invite only rather than relying on emails which I'm horrible with. (As some might have seen.) So, if you're looking for randomness of fun in different romance worlds, please consider joining. All I'm asking for is a little hype and a review in exchange for sending you a book. As of right now, I'm not doing physical ARCS unless it is to a proven reader. There is only one at the moment, but I'm not saying no to it and would consider anyone (but it has to be within the US). Below is the form to fill out. I will have a follow-up form for those who have finished the books as they come out they have to fill out as well. My next book is set in the My Cowboy world. Ashlynn and Clayton are about to have a reunion; one of them wants to burn the other down and continue pretending they don't exist while the other wants nothing more than to rekindle what they once had in Sing for Me, Cowgirl. Lost and Found is a return to the world I started building in Briar and Blakely. Due to some circumstances, I had to rebrand those two books and turn them into intro novellas into my Whiskey Peak Grizzlies series. Lost and Found is the official beginning to that one. a Call of the Wild is a spin-off of Healing Devotion. I loved Destiny's brothers too much to leave them out. So the series will start with Wilder almost a year after the events of Healing Devotion. After that, Forrest and Calhoun will get their stories, but so will their cousins; Granger and Riata who will be somewhat introduced in a Call of the Wild. Okay, I think I talked enough today. Have a wonderful one! x Brooke As I'm gearing up for book 49's release next month, I've been wondering, where is it you prefer to get your ARCs?
Net Galley? Book Funnel? Directly from the author sending them to your kindle or other reading device? Somewhere else? I would greatly appreciate in finding out where you have had the best of luck not just readers but other authors as well. I'm honestly horrible at managing my own ARC team. Strange considering how often I publish every year, but it happens. I can barely remember to put a newsletter together. So, please, I would love your feedback. I hope you have a great start to June! x Brooke |
